Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Varjo, a cutting-edge technology company based in Helsinki, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This role is perfect for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying customer needs and recommending products or services to meet those needs - Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback - Assisting with other customer support-related tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer support - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong time management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
