Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team at TietoEVRY. As a leading IT services and software company, we are dedicated to helping organizations harness the power of technology to drive their business forward. This position is part-time and located in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland.


Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer support to our clients via email, phone, and online chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Logging customer interactions and finding solutions to recurring problems - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers - Providing feedback to the product development team to improve customer satisfaction - Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and independent with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively - Strong planning and innovation skills to adapt to changing customer needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently without supervision - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
