Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job description:


Konecranes, a leading provider of lifting equipment and services, is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work from home. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Demonstrates emotional intelligence when dealing with customers and colleagues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
