Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Varjo Technologies is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Officer to work remotely from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations - Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Demonstrated innovation in finding solutions for customers - Experience in people management is a plus
