Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative at Kesko, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to complex customer problems - Maintain accurate customer records and information in the company database - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position - Hardworking and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work part-time hours based on the company's needs
