Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

ZenRobotics is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. 3. Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles. 6. Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on new features and updates. 7. Proactively identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve support processes. 8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer support team's performance.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and challenges. 3. Motivated to provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. 5. Experience in using innovative approaches and conducting research to solve problems. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and support tools. 7. Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus. 8. Fluency in English, proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
