Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Normet is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, creative, and have strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and developments within the industry

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High level of emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
