Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Fortum is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. We are looking for a customer-oriented individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role to provide top-notch customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent project management and persuasion skills - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Fluency in Finnish and English - High school diploma or equivalent
