Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the tech industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with technical inquiries and issues related to MariaDB products - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Act as a liaison between customers and the development team to escalate and prioritize issues - Provide feedback to improve product usability and customer satisfaction - Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead in challenging situations

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Confidence in handling technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues - Leadership skills to effectively manage customer interactions - No prior experience required, but a passion for technology is a plus
