Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Beneq is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have. 3. Coordinate with other departments within the company to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. 5. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to customer problems.


Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills. 2. Ability to work well in a team environment and make informed decisions independently. 3. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is required. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
