Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description: 10Monkeys is seeking a resourceful and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer support and make a positive impact on our growing company.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide support and guidance to customers on our products and services. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Assist in developing and improving customer support processes and procedures. 7. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. 2. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role. 7. Must be legally eligible to work in Finland.
