Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Representative at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Oura Ring users. You will act as the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or require assistance with their Oura Ring products. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate information about Oura Ring products and services - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary - Process orders, returns, and refunds - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong presentation skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
