Customer Support Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team at Varjo in Tampere, Finland. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and people management soft skills - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
