Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Nokia is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints, requests, and technical issues - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer needs effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Actively participate in training and development programs provided by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
