Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Bittium is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels for further investigation - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Planning and project management skills
