Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Spectral Engines, a leading technology company in Turku, Finland, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience. 6. Assist in developing customer support strategies and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Knowledge of technical products or services is a plus. 6.
