Job Description:
YIT Corporation is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with 0 years of experience who are looking to gain valuable experience in the customer support field. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, assisting them with any questions or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate departments - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills - Assist in developing strategies to improve the overall customer support experience
Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English and Finnish is a plus
