Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Yeply in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a positive and efficient manner - Providing product information and assistance with order processing - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Building strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proven experience in customer service is a plus, but not required - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
