Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TietoEVRY in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Contributing to team projects and initiatives as needed - Assisting with training new team members

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Resourceful and hardworking - Strong project management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
