Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate with customers. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
