Job Description - Customer Support Specialist


Job description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Measur in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an entry-level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, and possess strong analysis and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed 5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and offer feedback to management 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers 7. Assist with training new customer support team members as needed


Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Resilient attitude towards challenging situations 6. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
