Job Description:
MariaDB is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a part-time Associate level position, the Remote Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing software problems to provide effective solutions. 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Documenting support interactions and solutions in our CRM system. 5. Continuously improving product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new features and updates. 6. Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer experiences and needs.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resilient and dedicated personality traits. 6. Proficiency in people management and research skills. 7. Familiarity with CRM systems and technical troubleshooting tools.
