Job Description:
Loupedeck is seeking a motivated and resilient Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to resolve inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat. - Research and innovate new solutions to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis. - Continuously strive for excellence in customer service to uphold the Loupedeck brand reputation. - Stay informed about product updates and changes to effectively assist customers.
Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Resilient attitude to handle challenging situations and provide quick, effective solutions to customers. - Strong research skills to identify and implement innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. - Ability to work remotely efficiently and independently.
