Job Description:
Loupedeck, a leading technology company based in Helsinki, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for motivated and driven individuals looking to kickstart their careers in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to Loupedeck products - Assist customers with product setup, installation, and usage - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions - Persuasion skills to upsell products and services - Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
