Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

At Cargotec, we are seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support process

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Proven track record of innovation and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training preferred
