We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Seriously Digital Entertainment. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users through various channels including email, chat, and phone. You will need to be adaptable and have a high level of independence to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with our users' needs.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Conduct research to find quick and accurate answers to customer questions - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and updates - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - At least 2 years of customer support experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills to quickly find answers to customer inquiries - High emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy - Adaptable to changing customer needs and company processes - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
