We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Raisio plc. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conducting research to find solutions to customer problems - Logging all customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills
