Job Description:
Kamux, a leading automotive retailer, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This is a work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and adaptable personality, along with strong people management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional manner 3. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer problems efficiently 4. Manage and update customer accounts and information accurately 5. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes 6. Build strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance the customer experience 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support 8. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer support role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility in schedule
