Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the customer support team to resolve escalated customer concerns - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution

Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Able to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Hardworking and motivated with a strong work ethic - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
