Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Normet is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level position with a minimum requirement of 4 years of experience, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming chats from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with all customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service across all channels - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service - Excellent planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively - Proficiency in written communication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred
