Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: Valmet is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support to our clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide technical support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to effectively assist clients and address their needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document interactions and follow up with customers as needed - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
