We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Bittium. As a part-time entry-level position, the successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns - Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote products or services - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold company values and policies while interacting with customers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements: - Confident and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong persuasion skills and ability to effectively manage people - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - High school diploma or equivalent
