Job Description:

Wärtsilä is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support and assistance through live chat services. 2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service. 5. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
