Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Varjo Technologies is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role. The Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through our online chat system.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through live chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Identify customer needs and upsell products or services when appropriate. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Document and track customer interactions and feedback for future reference. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong persuasion and decision-making skills. 4. Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with professionalism. 5. Experience with live chat software or customer service platforms is a plus. 6. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
