Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: As a Live Chat Assistant at Infinited Fiber Company, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat on our website. Your main duties will include addressing customer questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management skills and ability to multitask - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment - Knowledge of basic computer software and willingness to learn new technologies - Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards - High school diploma or equivalent
