Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Fortum, a leading energy company in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant at the Associate Level to join our dynamic team. The Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with customers, resolving inquiries, and providing accurate information on Fortum's products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance and support through live chat - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collect and analyze data from live chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with strategic planning and initiatives to enhance the live chat customer experience - Stay updated on Fortum's products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and motivated with a strong desire to provide exceptional service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to different situations - Strategic planning skills to contribute to the improvement of live chat processes - Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Proficiency in the use of live chat systems and customer service platforms
