Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Raisio plc is seeking a dedicated and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency while multitasking and responding to multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and follow up on customer issues as needed. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
