Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Nokia is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing real-time customer support through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, and possess excellent teamwork and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions and feedback for review and improvement purposes - Stay up to date on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
