Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Relex Solutions is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Assistant to work from home in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, technical support, and general questions. 2. Identify and escalate issues that require additional support to the appropriate department or team member. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers. 4. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and conversion through live chat interactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage customers through live chat. 3. Demonstrated creativity and persuasion skills to build rapport and drive customer satisfaction. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote working environment. 5. Resilience to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support. 7. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 8. High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
