Job Description:

Relex Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat system.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns - Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong adaptability and independence to work efficiently from a remote location - Excellent time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Proficient in using live chat software and other online communication tools - Strong typing skills and attention to detail - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in both written and spoken English
