Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description: Spectral Engines is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Associate will be responsible for interfacing with customers through live chat to provide support, answer queries, and assist with any issues they may encounter while using our products or services. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide real-time support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality of service - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Hardworking and driven attitude with a strong work ethic - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in written and verbal communication - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
