Job Description:
HappyOrNot is seeking a passionate and dedicated Live Chat Associate to join our team in Espoo, Finland. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support on our website. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Update customer records and information accurately - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor and respond to customer feedback on the live chat platform
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Strong planning and strategic planning skills - Passion for providing outstanding customer service
