Live Chat Associate - Work from home

SingleStore is seeking a confident and dedicated Live Chat Associate to work remotely from home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries or issues - Utilize a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with customers - Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers and improve service quality

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent teamwork abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
