Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job description:

As a Live Chat Associate at Normet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer service through live chat interactions. This is a work from home position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. The role is part-time, entry-level, and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and general troubleshooting. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex cases and provide timely resolutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent people management skills to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. 4. Proficiency in written communication with a strong command of the English language. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a virtual team.
