Job Description - Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Qt Group in Espoo, Uusimaa. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat platform, managing a team of chat agents, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat platform for efficiency and customer satisfaction - Train, mentor, and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to agents - Analyze data and metrics related to live chat performance and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and support across all customer touchpoints - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat management role - Proven track record of success in managing live chat operations and driving results - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Driven and hardworking mindset to lead a team to success - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
