Job Description:
KONE Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a leading provider of elevators and escalators, KONE is dedicated to improving the flow of urban life and shaping the future of cities.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote live chat agents, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely responses - Develop and implement chat strategies to increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates - Monitor chat interactions and provide feedback and coaching to agents for continuous improvement - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization - Collaborate with other teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure chat aligns with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat and customer service
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment - Proven track record of success in managing remote teams and driving performance - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results - Energetic and able to motivate and inspire team members - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to effectively guide and develop team members
