Job Description:
As a Live Chat Manager at Huhtamaki in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, you will be responsible for managing the live chat support function for our company. You will be the main point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to incoming chat requests from customers in a timely manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general customer service issues - Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers - Escalate any complex issues or complaints to the appropriate departments for further investigation - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience on the chat platform - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy - Excellent presentation skills - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Experience with live chat support platforms is a plus
