Job Description:
Supercell, a leading mobile game development company based in Tampere, Finland, is seeking a motivated Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring a positive user experience for our players.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the live chat platform, including monitoring chat queues, handling escalated issues, and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer inquiries. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat system, such as implementing new features and functionality. - Train and mentor live chat agents, providing guidance on best practices for customer service and communication. - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements. - Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless experience for players across all support channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management to continuously improve the quality of service provided to our players.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a live chat management role, preferably in the gaming or tech industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals. - Independent and energetic personality traits, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Critical thinking and decision-making skills to quickly assess and resolve complex issues. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Experience with live chat software and tools, as well as knowledge of customer support platforms.
