As a Live Chat Manager at M-Files, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This part-time role based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience and a strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure quality customer interactions. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction ratings. 3. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to agents as needed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and customer support across all channels. 5. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Train new agents on chat protocols, company policies, and product knowledge. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat management role. 2. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience with live chat software and CRM systems. 7. Knowledge of customer service best practices and strategies. 8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
