Remote Live Chat Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote live chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Train and onboard new team members to provide excellent support to customers - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to team members - Develop, implement, and enforce chat support policies and procedures - Analyze chat data and generate reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in live chat support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or live chat support - Proven experience managing a remote team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and motivate team members - Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
